Cancellation Policy
At Steps 2 Better Health, we strive to provide excellent care to all our clients and ensure that our therapists are acknowledged for their dedication and time. To facilitate this, we have established the following cancellation policy, which allows us to manage our appointments more effectively and maintain a high standard of personalized care.
48-Hour Notice: We require a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellations. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time.
No-Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations: For clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment or cancel within 6 hours of their appointment time, the full fee of the scheduled service will be charged. This policy is in place to compensate our therapists for their reserved time and lost opportunity to serve other clients.

These fees cannot be directly billed to insurance and it is the clients responsibility to pay this.
DIRECT BILLING AVAILABLE
The registered massage services are covered by most employee benefits.
